VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Valued Customer

We would like to informed that the said material booked on the BOOKED AT OWNERS risk if any shortage and damage complaint you have to take open delivery of c/ment in our office premises in presence of our manager .After they given the shortage/damage certificate send to your c/nor they clear from their underwriters.
