The goods I ordered were given in logistics in vrl But that's all the stuff that came to me. He was a noble one. It's torn. It's broken. And along with it, it's completely broken. Until which also says that. Even though the handling of the electric is like a light and decoration, it is still broken. Tell me who's going to make up for it....

I was looking for trucks to supply stones on IndiaMART portal.And after that I got a message from a man who is pretending to be an employee of VRL logistics his name is Abhishek Mishra, and he is working in Guwahati Garchuk branch.After discussion he sent me trucks details along with driver no.I talk to the driver for confirmation and also visited the branch but due to holiday no one is available but a security personnel saind that that man...

It's sad to say that you've have lost my 15 years of trust and respect!

I live in Chikmagalur branch and working with you since 2010. Just asked the manager to deliver goods and asked for delayed sealand signature. He was so arrogant for not providing seal( which was misplaced due to festive season)

Infact you've hiked your prices and couldn't improve services upon that couldn't remain trust on us.

Sadly, I won't give priority to you.

Shipment is under door delivery terms
they are asking for money first to move the goods, daily giving new excuses of goods already on the way, dispatched
or e way issue.

I had brought couriered my bike from moodbidri vrl logistics to bommasandra bangalore logistics. But the bike indicator and mirrors were completely damaged even after I paid extra packaging fees for safety. This is complete irresponsible handling from the logistics. When I enquire about the same they say that it's totally at owner risk. My consignment number is [protected].

All. The timing mentioned of drop are pathetic they mentioned the bus will. Be reaching banglore @7.30 it's 12.00 we still don't reach and when drive is being asked they shout snd agrue with us

i want to say that on[protected] my one bale was sent to vrl logistics pilkhuwa booking office and as my one bale approach they told that we will not accept this and the booking is closed

i and my vehicle driver request to the pilkhuwa booking office manager and munim but they didn't received that and not give any proper response

i also told that this 1 bale only i have send nxt time i will send the goods after 2-8-24 but they didn't listen

so, this type of misbehaving is not good

kindly think about my letter and i request to take action on this letter

certain goods were sent from guwahati to delhi and has been soaked wet due to that the quality of material has been detireorated and no longer usable, when our representative went to take the material they said we won't mark goods as damaged

for the same weight i was charged 15k from delhi to guwahati but when shipped from guwahati to delhi it cost me 25k

need the resolution for freight and compensation against the goods.

Then kirti nagar staff that your company has are very rude and don't understand a thing.

I had bought few archery related products outside of Tamil Nadu from a company. They had booked my products for delivery on 6th May with an assurance that I will be getting my product within 10 days maximum.
I got a fake message that the item has reached the destination on 15th itself. But this company is claiming that they have not received the product and they are yet to deliver .
I am not sure if such a company really exist in real or is part of cyber fraud.

This Consignment was booked 20 days and so for not received.
There no proper information @ Chennai Vagaram and Chennai Red Hills VRL Godowns.
We are informed the system is showing the Consignment was dispatched from Banglore on 24/04/2024 but Material not come to Chennai. They asked to contact Banglore VRL.
When we contact Banglore VRL, they are telling it was dispatched to Chennai.

No one is intrested in VRL to identify the Material and deliver even though we are following the consignment from 19/04/2024 on daily basis.

My client booked 4 parcel from bijapur (Karnataka) with LR no [protected] to indore vrl office he already submitted LR to bijapur vrl office for dispatch goods to us now indore vrl office they are creating issue and not dispatching goods VRL logistics is the worst logistic company I have ever seen.

We dispatched material from vrl logistics sewari to pune door delivery dt on 18.3.2024, on vrl logistics site they showing status of material is redirected dt on 23.3.24

Every time whenever we book any parcel from delhin to ahmednagar
all our parcel take minimum time period of 20 days
the reason is in sambhajinagar parcel kept for a long time like for more than 5-8 days and after that its takes again 2-3 days to get delivered
we thought that we will get parcel on time while working with vrl but we are very unsatisfied with the service of vrl...

after booking Parcel and paid the Loding Slip amount of Rs. 1200/-
they are not arrange any Pick-Up from Consigner & also when I call to VRL Delhi Office for Update My Booking status they are for not...

Our consignment number is[protected] it is booked on dtd;02.03.2024. we are check your tracking portal it is show material in go-down, its delivery date is 06.03.2024, still we have not received.

We have been waiting for resolution of Damaged material by VRL Logistics.

our material is case sensitive used in manufacturing of solar panels.
we can not even put it in vertical side other wise its winding can be damaged and further it can not be used on machine.
its copper ribbon with coating of snpb.
when our person visited adiksr branch of vrl logistics the material was placed open no box no pallet (box and pallet was removed and and left by side)
material was damaged with winding, spools were broken spools were putted one on each other on vertical position opened. (photos attached)
so we denied to take material, also we have noticed there was no arrangements seen of loading and unloading of pallet at the Delivery branch.

its already taken much time and we are since requesting with calm and same respect to VRL logistics.
