VRL Logistics / VRL Group — about broken packaging and missing material | |||
Today 1st feb 2019, i collected my parcel from vrl office. The packing was broken amd 2 materials are missing from d box. I had conveyed d matter to parcel sender. Also d person who sits on counter, asked me to pay rs 50 as unloading charges. I told him that i had already paid all transportation charges and have bill for d same. Then he didn't say anything but aftet sometime a person came and said he is not able to locate where my parcel is kept... Again after 10min another person came and told he found it...
