[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Always asking money during material receiving at VRL office

Dear sir,

The VRL courier office at Khordha district/orissa, always asking Money when I receiving my material, where as I already paid the full courier charges to the seller during my order payment.

When I asked why u charging extra amount, then they reply us it's our labor cost. So it's really totally black mailing to our district people's. Myself faced 2 times during receiving my material.

I would request you to please take strong action about this case.

VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Sirs,
The allegation in the complaint that we have charged excess amount is false just because the Complainant has searched the consignment, etc. There will be various miscellaneous expenses in handling a consignment such as Loading, Unloading, stocking placewise, materialwise, etc. Therefore the complaint deserves to be ignored.
