[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Amount is deducted but tickets are not not booked by you

VRL order no- VB-2909199

I have made the transaction with VRL using Razorpay gateway payment, the amount is deducted from me but tickets are not booked by you. I have contacted Razorpay, below is the reply from them, kindly check this issue and resolve refund of money very soon. details are attached with with this email

I booked ticket for 8th amount deducted but seat not confirmed. It's informed that I will recieve amount in 5-7 working days but I haven't recieved yet.
