Consignment no.[protected] reached your yelahanka office. For loading small box to the vehicle they charged rs.300. And no bill or payment receipt for the payment made.

The labour charges for loading is more expensive than transporting the consignment.

No prior information about loading charges. We send the vehicle to pick the consignment and he did not had money to pay the loading charges.

Again we sent another person with cash.

Please ensure that there should be some clarity in your charges.

I got the hurt on the face while travelling from Pune to Nagpur .

Kindly take strict action otherwise this issue will be escalated further.

VRL charges rs.494 for unloading Hamali only od 1mt (40bags x 25kg)
This is open loot by VRL TPT., Faridabad.

We objected but they won't give material unless we pay all charges they fix by themselves.

Unloading (Hamali) charges @494, Misc.charges @65 + bilty freight charges + Loading charges in our tempo, had to be paid to VRL.

We are stopping receiving material through VRL now.
