[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Courier delay and refund required

I have given the courier dated 17May2022 at 5.30PM from Hospet to Bellary.
As discussed with courier team in Hospet, They further said that the courier will be reached by 18May2022 evening (Morning will be reached to Bellary hub ie. VRL office and it will be delivered by eve). But they haven't dispatched the courier, But they have forwarded the courier to Gangavathi and they said it will be reached by 19/05/2022 eve or 20/05/2022 evening.

So this caused some arguments and even customer care was not helpful or neither Hospet team or any one. At last One person called hulaggappa some what helped to respond that too after trying multiple times. And as per his conversation, he said two options as of now. Either we can deliver as suggested above(to bellary on 19 or 20may2022) or else it can returned from Gangavati. So i suggested to get back the courier to Hospet(Origin place) .

By this i am not what kind of service they are providing and by this delay i have lost important time and money for this. Hence i need refund of the amount (where we can't refund the time) But atleast i need to get compensation for this delay(As the courier consists of bond papers related to property and it needs to be delivered on time).
