VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Damage due to mis handling

Materials are booked from Delhi to Barora, Dashrath in VR Logistic.

When I received the Materials and checked, one of the components is damaged and it is Imported and also costly which is not easily available and need to Import.

As discussed with the vendor, they have sent the materials in good condition without damage, but this was happened due to the mis handling and there is also marking about the side and Fragile.

I am very disappointed about the service because the vendor is not ready to change the material and I have lost my money because of the damage.

Kindly look into matter and resolve the issue at earliest.
