Party booking on 15/01/2020 good condition but after reach jodhpur in 4 parcel there will be damage 2 parcel means I loss 50% for materials due to don't care good service so pls suggest my problem

Vrl courier haven't delivered my parcel which is loaded on 28th january 2020.
No proper response, they doesn't know exact details... Very worst service. Please don't use this parcel service... At booking time they said max 4days it ll delivered... Very very worst experience... Don't use this [censored]ing service...
