VRL Logistics / VRL Group — damaged bike parcel | |
I parceled my bike from thirthahalli (Shimoga) to bengaluru. When i came to collect my bike, they told to come after an hour. I came after 1 hour bt the same thing happened again... So totally i came 3 times yesterday bt no proper response to a customer. Today i. E march 9th i collected my bike by the indicator is damaged. I have paid ₹2035 for the parcel, is this the condition of the bike?.. If i ask about the damage, the response from your employees in yeshwanthpura vrl logistics is too bad... They don't know how to talk with a customer. Plz first teach them otherwise u will loose customers like us. The officers in yeshwanthpura vrl logistics are worst worst wosrt.
