Dear Team, Good Day! We are regular customers of VRL Logistics and first time we have bad experience regarding parcel damage. Here we have attached photos for your reference that we have received Food Material like ingredients and food powder which was damaged during transportation or damaged in Rajkot office at the time of material received. Also you can find Rat bite as well, now that package which was non used for us and who will bear this cost?? We can't accept this type of service from VRL. we are expecting a positive response from your side in this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money as well as damaged product money. We have mailed to all the senior person as well as customer care but no one has contacted me still now. if required I will going to consumer forum.
