VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Delay of Booking and delivery of materials

There is worst experience with VRL. LR no.[protected] dtd 04-08/2021
Booked material from Vasai on 4-08-21. to Hyd Pattancheru door delivery
Material loaded on[protected].
Booked to Hyderabad pattancheru and reached to pattancheru on[protected] am.
as on 11-08-21 delivery is not done.
Material is sending for our usage purpose and not for time pass. Material delivery is very worst in VRL, we think about another transported.
From Mumbai to Pattancheru taking 8 days is is not acceptable.
Pls do the needful
