VRL Logistics / VRL Group — goods not sent on time

Sir we have send the goods to mr tripathi in kailash nagar on 15.11.18 but they haven't sent the goods till today ie 20.11.18. When i asked him about the bilty then i got to know that he didn't deliver the products and still in his warehouse. He told me that bill was generated on 14.11.18 and the way bill date was 15.11.18. But atleast he can inform us about this so that we can rectify this from our end. Now our products are too late to deliver and our order might get cancelled
