[protected] is my tracking ID. As per the tracking details today morning I could see the consignment at my nearest destination Madikeri which is 30km far away from my home. After I travelled towards logistics they denied to give me the delivery and also there was a rude behaviour by the executive saying "That if you want the consignment you yourself has to unload and take it" this is not fare. Unloading 45kg order by a customer. This didn't happened anywhere till now. As per my knowledge this is the first time I am seeing a executive saying a customer to unload. There after again he demanded for the ID card. For that again I need to travel back 30km to my home and take the order. It costed me more than 1k.
So, I am moving towards media and consumer court for the justice.

VRL Logistics / VRL Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We would like to informed that we contacted to our Mercera office they also some mis communication with customer by our staff.So we given the warning to our staff it is not repeated in future.SO we are sorry for the inconvinience.
