[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — LR no [protected]

Address:Madurai Tamil nadu

This above parcel was booked from panckula to madurai on 8/9/22. Three packages were booked. Only two reached the destination on 20/9/22. One parcel not received till 28/9/22. When asked they said they have no means of tracking said package and we were made to wait for four hours. Then we were informed to go and that they will inform when the parcel reaches destination. But no information regarding parcel. Please help

VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

The said material short load from MRITPT due to godown jamed.So already informed our MRITPT to search the material and load immediately.We clear the matter as early as possible.
