VRL Logistics / VRL Group — material not yet delivered

My consignment no.[protected] & [protected] was booked on 30th dec 2019 from mumbai khand bazar to hyderabad kukatpally but till now its not reached to hyderabad tpt
I had talk to hyderabad kompally office and they update my parcel document only came to hyderabad on 02-jan-2019 but parcel not came and they are tracing where it is?

Could you please trace my parcel and its very urgent
