Dear sir docno [protected] booked from hubballi on wednesday dated 15/5/2019 not reached till now i. E dated 18/5/2019 to gangavathi. I suffered very hard and lot. Since my party refused the items they ordered becoz of your late deleivery.

This is your negligence that i suffered lot you must fulfill my loss in this regard. Hope you understand my problem
