I gave my company materials almost 700kg and Prefer VRL Shippment from chennai to Kerala. Beginning he gave wrong LLR to me mentioned wrong destination after, He commited me your materials will reach kerala within 3 to 4 days maximum. Now 5 days passed, Still materials not reach to customer hand. Worst Service. Nobody pick up my call from Kerala Branch VRL Logistics Executive person . Very Worst Service. Wrong Commitment.
