VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Miscellaneous Charges added twice

Miscellaneoues and Hamali charges are added twice for every consignment in V Kota(Pin Code: 517424).
For LRNO: [protected] the LR value is Rs: 230but the operator charged Rs: 245.00 where Hamali and Miscellaneous are added as an extra components, when enquired on the same, operators reply very rudely saying to check with the company

I sent a parcel from chennai to patna.. The mobile number of parcel office in PATNA vrl is always out of network coverage area .. By the time I could contact patna office my Customer rejected as delay in supply... i have been contacting through wattsapp only... when asked for procedure to take back the material I was given wrong email id and finally when we sent email my material was sent to Hubbali stating as unclaimed property...
Need to understand when u will call as unclaimed???
One fine day the person in patna vrl office sent me a wattsapp showing an email that they have wrongly sent to Hubbali as unclaimed and that let them resend it to chennai... even that did not happen... they have been so irresponsible in carrying out any activity... SICK OF VRL... VERY POOR SERVICE..
I'm afraid o[censored]sing this parcel service anymore...
HOPE THEY DONT MIND LOSING A CUSTOMER
