VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Mishandling of Furniture while transporting | |
I have transported a Sofa cum bed via Lr Number - [protected] from Kirti Nagar Delhi to Ahmednagar through VRL Logistics...the item when it was received was damaged quite a lot wherein the wood had completely broken from one side, the mattress had been eaten by rats and there were scratches all over the new furniture item...this company is completely irresponsible and they need pay damages for my furniture

Verified Support Jul 26, 2021 VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We would like to informed that in this regard we contacted to our Delivery branch they told that they delivered the material on ok condiation and also delivery time told your persons to load carefully and kept vertically in your vehicle also.So it is damged done after the delivery. No such thing... furniture was brought in from the delivery branch correctly in a truck as single item...and how can delivery branch can say that product was delivered in OK condition when the package was not opened there...it had been opened at the house...very unprofessional behaviour
