This parcel was sent on 18th December and it was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 days, but it’s still not been delivered and I’ve been visiting the office everyday and they tell me that it’s been misplaced somewhere. Is this the service that y’all provide? I need a solution as soon as possible, it’s a very important parcel.

We would like to informed that in this regard we contact with our SBCTPT they informed that material over carried from our end we are searching same due to godown jamed.They told that expected to clear with in 2-3 days.
