My parcel booked from nagpur to chitoor lr no [protected]@1 on 15th october, parcel will not be despatch at chitoor after enquiring 6-7 times answer parcel will be by mistake of vrl has been at salem office, so much times i’m asked for the parcel deliver me at nagpur so many but no any results, and also i complain in written to vrl logistics but no any reply Was this information helpful? | |||

We booked a parcel with the consignment number of [protected] on 2nd feb 2019 from agra to nellore. I tracking it showing 9th feb 2019 it reached but when we ask for delivery they saying not at reached. Till now they are not responding and not at delivered and almost today is 17th. Pls resolve the issue on as early as possible.
