VRL Logistics / VRL Group — My product trolly bag missed by vrl courier service from Karwar

My name is Kunal and I have couriered the trolley bag on 3rd November from Karwar and final destination is bengalore. But today is 8th November and still not product is reached to final destination .

I have reached out couple of times to Karwar vrl courier office and also Hubli courier office but still I didn't get any satisfactory answer from vrl employees .
