I have booked transport to deliver my items(like, sofa set, bags, boxes, etc) from Bangalore to my Village and also took the insurance for new product(Sofa set) damage also. For this, I have paid 14000 + 750(insurance for sofa set).

The team deliver the items to my village but while carrying it they have damaged brand new sofa set in some places. So, I asked VRL team that while delivering the sofa set, in parts you damaged and for that I am doing some minor repairing on sofa set and the repair amount need to be claimed. They told ok and I did repair it and bill comes approximately 2000/- rupees.

The VRL team told, they will refund the amount in one or two days from last 3 months. Till now they not refunded. Also, whenever I call them 100 times they will receive 2-3 times and tell will send amount in 1-2 days. Till now they not sent single rupee also.

Updated by Udaykumar Awati Worst response. First thing is they are damaging the brand new products and also not refunding the damage recovery amount on time. Till now I have called them 1000's of times to remind them to refund the amount.

We would like to informed that the said material not booked at our transport company.You have booked in the transport of M/s.Domestic packers so you have to contact that transport only.We are not responsible .THe said given contact no. also not our Transport company.

Updated by Udaykumar Awati Now I got one more person from vrl and his name is Pawan. He said now I need to file the form for claim and for that i need to fill 2700/- and claim my amount of 2000/-. Worst service.
