I'm prajwal from Mangalore I'm a regularly depends on vrl logistic for receipt of goods from various places.Iam facing problem with the bad and arrogant behaviour of vrl staff of goods delivery section. mangalore.they are always give misleading information on queries and always make the customer to weit along.

We trader of MKS Dry Fruits for picking up and sending goods via VRL transport at from various states regularly. White bag damaged in the parcel we last picked up on 16/02/2022. Then there was less than 1 kg of dry fruits in it. When I was asked vrl male staff about this, he replied that it would be like that here. Acted very rudely behaviour as if to take it somewhere else. I only asked him the reason for how did that weight loss but that the person scolded me singularly that you are a person. This has led to a fear of him picking up material through their transport in succession. I am very saddened by his actions like this. I therefore humbly request that appropriate action be taken against him to prevent such activities from happening.
