Dear sir,

We are regular customer from your side but we have observe 2 types of complaint

1. Kirti nagar branch ([protected]) not pick my phone for status payment received or not previous 3 days. Builty no-[protected] all payment deposit from our customer shree rama mills.

2. Secaundrabad branch is not handling material our customer avi steel.

Our customer is irritating for this issue and they are cancel our order.

Kindly se the matter today immediate this is serious for my and your company image.

Two parcle booking form surat to chennai in One L.R. lr no.[protected] date15/07/2015 but vrl dilivery to party one parcle to party and one parcle sale in transport OneParcle amount 29400/- we complain to VRl Log. He told me give claim but after not give to me claim I have enough document he send me for claim but not give me claim
