No reply ur services to customer waste my materials booked 20.10.19 but still booked that area only vrl gordon not received to chennai itself very worst service then why are puting good service to customer then reply me my complaint ur service very worst service to customer no one porper reply to customer with two days i need other wise i compliant

I had booked vrl tickets from ballari to bangalore on 23rd oct 2019, with TR.No 17366614. Seat no. L7. They cancelled the bus suddenly and told me to cancel the ticket. There was an urgency to go to bangalore, they didn't even arranged another ticket. I'm completely dissatisfied by your way of dealing the customers. Very worst service.
