[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — One of my package is still not deliver

Sir,

My 2 package should deliver by 16th of September from siliguri.. but i got only one.. 2times we went to transport office in cotton market and have been called several times.. but not getting the proper response..everyone is giving this and that number to call.. but stil didnt get the result.. now my package is 10day late.. its very depressing.. Now i only want is package.. please give my package as soon as possible... please

VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

The said material short loaded from VRRTPT due to godown jamed so short loaded.We already informed to load the material today expected to reach on tomorrow.
