Hi,

I have placed order in one website "softy women"

Product : dress

I placed on 22nd Oct 2019 and made payment of Rs. 489/- through online payment. They gave the delivery date on 5th Nov 2019.

But after 5th Nov 2019 website is not found and also they not responding for any calls and emails.

Please do the needful.

I attached all the screen shots regarding this issue.

As I have gone through the paper less transaction I was submitted the identity proof to the concern mail even though the in charge for delivering the goods is not accepting the proof he asking the zerox paper for the same
