[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Our parcel not received till now

Our parcel(total 3 parcels) from surat to vrl gajuwaka was booked for transport with vrl logistics, ID- [protected] on[protected] and it reach reached visakhapatnam on 8th. We only got 2 parcels delivered at gajuwaka vrl logistics hub on[protected] and one parcel is stucked in anandapuram branch and till now it is not moved from their and we are continuously call them to send our parcel to our nearest hub. Verified Support Dec 13, 2021 VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We would like to informed that that due to VKPM-TPT godown jamed so material short loaded .So we already informed our VKPM tpt executive to search and load the material on most urgent basis.
