[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Package not delivered

Hello, i was expecting a package ordered form Meerut to Osmanabad sent through VRL Logistics on 30th November. The consignment tracking number is - [protected].

I have been watching the tracking details, but there is no any movement since 1st dec. The package is held in delhi since then. I repeatedly called the vrl customer care on[protected].

They keep saying there vehicle loading, some said that there is no vehicle for transport yet. one person said it is on the way, which means all are giving false assurances. I also mailed their multiple branches including [protected]@vrllogistics.com, but they didn't reply anything. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 7 days. Now since there is no any movement at all, how can they be trusted!

We would like to informed that due to air polution the DLI Goverment banned the diesel vehicles so our DLITPT godown jamed.So the loading and unloading process distrubed.So we informed to our DLITPT load the material as early as possible.

We would like to informed that the said material already loded to OSMANABAD via SLP-TPT on 05/12/21.Expected to reach with in 4-5 days.
