VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Product not delivered yet and it ll not delivered at my address as per taratala branch

Dear Sir / madam,
My consignment from vizag to kolkata whose LR no. is [protected] date 12/8/21 which should be delivered to my address but i received a call from vrl logistics branch taratala kolkata, they will not deliver my consignment and are also asking for advance payment online.
but i think it should be delivered to my address .

kindly look into this matter and deliver my consignment as soon as possible.
