Hello Team, This is regarding LR number [protected] for which wrong parcel was delivered to us instead of our parcel. Our parcel is still missing with no update from VRL side after contacting several times. Request you look into this on priority as this parcel was urgent one but due to your your irresponsible behaviour we faced lot of problems. Please refund our money along with the interest for the product and delivery charges if you can't get our parcel. Awaiting your quick response.
