We have couriered 285 no's of street lights from VRL kanhangad Center to lalitpur(delivery address) of consign number [protected] on paid basis.

Still yet the material is not reached at destination place lalitpur, so i informed the same to kanhangad VRL branch manager, he cross check the tracking details and informed us that the material is stuck at Mathura(UP) Centre because there is no VRL Centre at destination location, we check the vrl centers nearby to destination location and found that Gwalior Vrl center is the nearest one. So we requested VRL kanhangad concern person for redirect those materials to Gwalior Vrl hub. He accepted our request and redirected those materials to Gwalior Vrl hub. Now Gwalior VRL concern person asking some redirect charge of Rs.1200 for releasing those material. we have provided the correct destination or delivery address(Lalithpur) at the time courier and the same has been pasted in our boxes also, During courier time the kanhangad VRL concern person was not informed us that there is no courier service at lalithpur. so it is very clear that nothing wrong with us then why should we pay the redirect charge of Rs.12000 .

Updated by karthik jakson We contacted the Vrl Kanhangad center to book the material to lalithpur. vrl kanhangad concern person agreed the same that's y we proceed to send parcel through vrl and submit relevant documents. We clearly mentioned the designation address(lalithpur) in parcels also. Mathura is 800 ahead from designation address and Gwalior is 300 km ahead from designation, then why vrl kanhangad booked the material to Mathura instead of Gwalior?

We asked the same question to vrl kanhangad concern person on very next day after booking and he replied that he had done mistake in booking, so he agreed that he will redirect the material once it reached at Mathura hub.
For your reference I have attached a written statement from vrl kanhangad concern person, kindly go through it and do needful to release the material asap.
