Dear Sir Your worker at vrl logistics karikuan branch varanasi are so bad and rude to the extent that they ready to fight with customer mad people They say they will charge freight of 20 kg goods as per 50kg 60 kg and after that they say " it's on your mood if we wish we will charge as much as we can and you can't do any thing want to book material book it otherwise go to hell"" these are their language Please take action Was this information helpful? Verified Support Aug 02, 2022 VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We would like to informed that in this regard we contacted to concerned branch they told we have not fight, rude behaviour with parties.as per your complaint we also strictly warned to the staff of said branch.It is not repeat in future.
