Sir with great disappointment i need to inform you that a staff member of vrl logistics located at tirupur valipalayan branch mr mahendran
Is misbehaving and disrespecting clients on a regular basis.
Have absolutely no manners and dignity to talk to clients and infact tarnishing the image of vrl logistics by misbehaving with clients.
I had asked to make a bill with pass and he has made a mistake now asking us to pay for courier and misbehaving when asked to rectify the errors

Consignment tracking NO - [protected], has been dispatched 9-March-2019 from Mumbai, but till is has not reached to us (Bangalore).no proper response even after several follow-up.we are facing very bad service experience from VRL, which is not expected.
Kindly look this on priority immediately.
