[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Unprofessional Behavior

I had been to VRL logistics office at Manipal, Udupi, Karnataka.
I am from USA and had some luggage to be moved to Bangalore.
I had been to the office for the same.

No one bothered to look at my face or answer my queries. It was a higly unprofessional way to handle a customer.
The name of the person was Mr Arun Kudva
I request the authorities to teach him and his team some basic manners.

I also want the updates on the action taken.
Seeing this behavior I shall not recommend anyone to use the VRL service especially from Manipal.

We would like to informed that we contact to Mr.Arun he telling that he given the information House hold goods not booked at our end and no service of Travels from our end.So given the warning also behave smoothly to customer and contact customer and clear the matter immediately.
