Pathetic experience with VRL
1 - They've charged completely higher amount compared to what they told me over a phone call. They had already taken my vehicle so I was not able to cancel by then.
2- even after payment, poor customer service. Not able to track the vehicle. It's been 15 days but I've not received my parcel. And everytime they keep promising that today I'll receive.
Such fraud company.
My invoice no is 15489. I'm attching invoice screen shot for your reference

We would like to informed that the said material booked in the other transport VRL PACKERS AND MOVERS.Not booked in our transport.So we are not responsible.So contact the that transport only.
