VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Worst delivery system

It's pathetic and worst services i have ever experienced with VRL. We have handed over our consignment on 13th April for multiple destinations including Trichy, till today our client has not received it and it is 01 month. After taking 100% payment in advance (Rs 53497/-) you have no responsibility to deliver the consignment in time. Because of your service our payment have been stucked who takes the responsibility VRL? to make get our payment from our client!! I need immediate action on this issue otherwise we don't hesitate to raise a complaint in consumer court.
