Complaint marked as Resolved I not even want to give 1 star due to there unprofessional and non responsive behavior. For booking they promise for there best, but they are totally fake...just using the name of VRL. The vehicle in which they load your household items will never reach to you safely...vehicle gets change and even your packed cartoon (even listed items) gets missing. If you try to contact them and say for insurance or for compensation they stop responding. Will never pick your call. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE FOR VRL PACKERS AND MOVERS...TOTALLY FAKE TEAM
