I not even want to give 1 star due to there unprofessional and non responsive behavior. For booking they promise for there best, but they are totally fake...just using the name of VRL. The vehicle in which they load your household items will never reach to you safely...vehicle gets change and even your packed cartoon (even listed items) gets missing. If you try to contact them and say for insurance or for compensation they stop responding. Will never pick your call. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE FOR VRL PACKERS AND MOVERS...TOTALLY FAKE TEAM

This Company is total fraud. In Delhi the syndicate is run by B.S.Swami. There whole team along with B.S.Swami is a thief. During transportation in Delhi itself they have stolen my many things. When I asked the Swami, initially he told “Sir I am sorry I will pay for the lost item”. But later on he started threatening me with dire consequences if I again ask for any compensation. He told me whatever things has been stolen has been stollen and he is not responsible for anything.
Even during transit his team broke my Microvan, many plates and bowls which even I can’t count and also my 56” TV and the refrigerator door.
Would suggest all of you not to hire this gangs of thief and goons.

In damaged condition... Also item was delivered by a 3rd party (DELHIVERY packers and movers) .
They took 2550+tax as insurance... But there is no proper response...(TOTAL BILL ₹12250)

Goods worth Rs 30000/- damaged during transit which was covered under transit insurance. VRL franchise (Satish Singh - [protected]) not initiated insurance claim procedures

I am yet to receive insurance money which they took of 19, 470 rupees. One bike got delivered back to my location and another bike got delivered in the mentioned location Coonoor.

Sir, the vehicle was supposed to be delivered from Hyderabad to Warangal by VRL packers and movers, the vehicle has been picked up from my door step and has not yet been delivered, i have not been getting proper response from the concerned person. Kindly look into the matter and huge amount has been collected as well.

I booked my Scotty bike from Hyderabad Bowenpally, secunderabad VRL packers movers on 26 September 2021 To Madanapalle Andra Pradesh 517325, but still I didn't reseve my bike from 10 days . I call VRL person but still he saying 2 days please tell me where is my bike. Or lease please give me contact number of Madanapalle VRL packersmover number .

They cheat and do harrasment to return back our own goods .Sunil Sharma alias Ajit Sharma, shashi Sharma they keep changing names and mobile number and never give our goods taken .police complaint in old Bowenpally police station and other stations also filed against this fake and fraud gang

I have booked sulekha for shifting my bike from guduvanchery to coimbatore by 11.6.21 and I received call from [protected]. Then they took my bike by 12pm and I paid 7670rs at the time of pickup my bike. They promised to deliver the bike by next day but after one week I didn't receive the bike in destination. So I cancelled my booking and they returned my bike by 18.6.21. I hav paid driver charge also till now (22.6.21). They haven’t return my amount and they speak very rude and they are not responding my calls and messages. I have raised complaint to sulekha, and it is not helpful too. I'm Mounika. On 31st may 2021, I have sent my luggage along with kitchen items. I got the parcel delivered on 09th June 2021 but all the kitchen items like cooking oil, sauces, food processor, sanitizer spray are missed along with big bean bag. I have been contacting the person who picked up my lugguage but he isnt answering my calls instead he blocked my number even the person I have enquired about the procedure is also not responding to my calls. This is seriously unacceptable and such a disgusting service I have received from you guys. I request you to consider my complaint as priority and deliver my items at the earliest.

I had a vehicle to transport from Mumbai to Hyderabad. I filled a form on VRL website and the total price on quotation given was 5000 and you can also see the screenshot. Now after picking up the vehicle and taking the token amount 500 rs. He has now send us the final bill to pay of Rs 7500. Which is not what was agreed on. And he is not even releasing the vehicle.

VRL Packers and movers are fully fraud. First quote lower price after receiving goods they start asking huge ransom .
First they quote 8300 receive advance after 2days they quote 22000.

FAKE VRL PACKERS and MOVERS, THEY HAVE CHEATED, LOOTED and TORTURED me for more than 7 days without delivering the entire 1 BHK Luggage. Contacted the VRL Packers and Movers for the first time, got the number online through internet. The guy agreed that he will charge Rs.4500 for the bike and Rs.70 per kg for other goods. He confirmed that there will be no extra charges involved and this is the only amount I need to pay.

03:32 PM : I got a call from the person from his phone – [protected], he is the person who came to pickup my order
5:30 PM : The pickup guy came and picked up my order
8:22 PM : The guy gave me a bill of Rs.21819 (DOUBLE THE RATE OF THE PROMISED AMOUNT AS TOLL TAX AND OTHER CHANGES)
9:02 PM : I made the payment of Rs.21819 through Google Pay.
28th Jan 2021 : Contacted the person again as 1 trolley I missed, he told that the pickup guy will come and pickup the trolley and there will be no charge involved. After that contacted him several times but he was like he is coming he is coming but didn’t come to pick the order.
2nd Feb 2021: I asked the guy for update, he didn’t pick the call nor he replied to my message on Whatsapp.
3rd Feb 2021 :
10:36 AM : Called the pickup guy, he asked me that please track the luggage online, the guy must have shared the tracking ID and the URL to track the courier
8: 41 PM : The main person told he will be sending the tracking ID in few minutes.
4th Feb 2021 : Told that the luggage is in Hyderabad only and it is not dispatched yet. The guy was rude telling yours luggage is not the only one who will get dispatched, we have to wait for other luggage also.
5th Feb 2021 : Called this number from a different phone, he picked the order saying you need to pay more Rs. 4500 as an ECS charge or else he will not send the money. I made the payment on google pay again and he said he will send the tracking ID 101% for sure by evening.
Kept ignoring my phone for several days and when calling from different number he told he is sending in 2 minutes or by evening.
Informed me that he is facing some family issues that is why he is taking time.
12th Feb 2021 :Informed my sister that the luggage went to Jamnagar instead of Jamshedpur.
When I called him after that, he was totally rude and he said that who is important to me, my family or your luggage? He started talking nonsense being rude.
13th Feb 2021 : He informed that he will send the luggage on Monday i.e. on 15th Feb
15th Feb 2021 : Started ignoring my calls and didn’t replied the messages.
18th Feb 2021 : Was totally rude to me and informed me that the luggage is all with him and he don’t have money to send the luggage so he will not send. He said send your friend into Bowenpally, Near Suchitra signal, Near petrol pump. Though he informed me before that his office is in Gachibowli.
After this when my sister’s friend called him he was totally abusive and he said that he lost my bike and goods and he will not send the courier now, and challenged to do whatever you can.

Meanwhile the pickup guy is receiving the call, I have the photo of him as well. He is telling that the goods are already been shipped 4 days back and asked me to wait for 2 days. He is telling the main guy is in village so he don’t have idea.
The pickup guy is also not giving the address properly. According to him the office is near to Madhapur signal.

This is regarding issue with Packers and movers (http://www.vrlpacker.in/) which I have booked online from Hyderabad and they have taken my luggage on 6th Feb and hoarded purposely. Later they sent me the bill of 5 times which we agreed before. When I saw the bill (Bill no :inv[protected], I found it suspicious hence have not paid the amount.
Later I got to know this company is fraud and people are fraud. They have multiple domains with the same name (http://www.vrlmoverpacker.in/, http://www.vrlrpacker.in/, vymaps.com, findmovers.com and many more).

Infact all the addresses given on portal are fake. They are running company on the name of VRL and this is not pvt ltd company as per ministry of corporate.

I tried to contact multiple times but they are not responding calls and providing any information about my luggage.
Please suggest what to do and also connect together to file a police complain against them.

1]On call mentioned informed 3700 when asked from hyd to vizag, after bike pickup done and bike taken to there hub they sent INVOICE for 6000/- when asked saying I didn't said about TAX now this amount is including TAX and you have to pay. After discussion agreed for 4k.

2] Bike reached to vizag hub with SOPTON service and from last 2 days VRL PACKERS and MOVERS executive saying it will be delivered but no action taken now when called them, they saying delivery address is out out of city you go and collect.

3] VRL PACKERS and MOVERS executive RK sharma - [protected] is rude on call when asked for delivery, manger Rajesh sharma - [protected] is taking care of this service a and not responding for any support he saying you collect from SPOTON HUB.

This is how such a fraud service and false promise giving by VRL PACKERS AND MOVERS.

Will never refer this service any more to any 1 such a pathetic and worst service provider.

Based on quotation for a price of 100 Rupees per KG, We've agreed to move furniture from hyderabad to hosur. After picking up the furniture they sent an invoice for 5 times the price they quoted. They would not give me my furniture back unless I pay a huge amount of transportation fees.

Actually i wanted to shift my house hold items from bengaluru to kurnool (Andhra pradesh ). I browsed through internet and found VRL PACKERS AND MOVERS .As VRL is a good company i thought to contact them and kept a request. i got a call from a person named Mr.Devender on 18 th august saying that he is willing to send a person fro inspection of my goods and give estimate of the charges for transport.On 19 th august one person ( i dont remember the name ) came to my house took the list of goods and given estimate as 17k for sharing and 20k for private vehicle.

Next day mr.devender from vrl office called me saying that he will transport for 18k in a private vehicle from bangalore to kurnool.He false promised me that his persons will come and do waterproof packing for all the household items and use cartoons boxes and safely send them in a private vehicle.I accepted for the same and paid a tocken amount of 500 rs ( trasaction ID P2008191812293843740747) through phone pay on19 th august.

On 22/8/2020 around 11:00 am Four people came to my home at murgeshpalya, muniyyappa layout in Bengaluru. So they with all ful hurry packed all my household items i mysely noted all the items in a paper (50 items ) they gave me slip of items and left .They loaded all the items in a mini truck with tarpal covered roof ( vehicle no.HR73A8404) yellow colour vehicle.They didnt even pack al my goods with polythene also saying that they will do it in godown and left.My wakefit bed which costed 20k was not even done any protecive wraping .He told me that the same vehicle will go to kurnool and drop all the things there .They didnt even get a marker to number the boxes. i myself with pen numbered the boxes and listed in the paper. Thinking that the same vehicle will go as i booked private vehicle many of the goods i just kept like that in the truck without noting them as the guys who came there hurried me .almost 10% of the goods they left there only at my home and went away.
They left from my home after reaching to godown /warehouse they sent bill in whatsapp 18350 rs and asked me to pay the full bill now itself. then i called to Devender booking person and argued that once i get my full goods to kurnool only i wil pay or else i wont pay .afte argument for sometime i told i will pay half of the amount and remaining once goods get delivered. that guy he already knows that he is going to cheat me and he palnned to steal my items
He told if you dont give the money truck will not move from bangalore the packers will not be delivered to destination.I am worried and agreed to pay 18000, and paid 17500 rs remaining amount after requesting him though google pay to his devender friend RAVINDRA ([protected]) through google pay as i didnt have money in phonepe account .

They told that it will deliver on 23/08/2020. Some guy called on 23/09/2020 we are coming to deliver your packers please be available in kurnool address. As i was in bangalore my wife called me and informed me that the truck is full with items of other person dumped in it.Many of the items got drenched in rain. My wakefit bed with any packing he kept over the truck, it got fully spoiled.

She sent a picture to me ( i wil attach), then i noticed it is another truck, not the same one they loaded from here in bangalore .They torchred my wife for unloading the goods, finally when she paid 500 rs they unloaded and didnt assemble as per the agreement made.
(For unpacking and assembelling all my cot TV, refregirator and washing machine i spent 2000 rs).
He unloaded all the boxes and my household things, took a signature from my wife and saying that all are there and left hyderabad withthe remaining items of other party.he delivered total of 11 boxes .As my wife didnt know how they were packed she just took the items gave signature.

After 2 days,
When i went to kurnool and opened all the boxes i noticed many of the boxes and opened and some boxes are missing. As per my numbering 13 boxes should come but only 8 cartoon boxes were sent.
To the things i recollected i found few things missing and called devender the next day, did video call and showed him. He started telling me in harsh voice that everything delivered .I gave the list of items missing on 27 th august.( 1.gas stove worth 3000 rs, Tv sabiliser V guard worth 3000, clothes, 2 new jerkins worth 3000, kicken boxes, photo phrames 2, 2 pillows, 2 bedsheets, one blanket, 1 idly cooker ).Then he stopped answering my call, i called him continuously and when i told i will give police complaint then he called after 6 hours and told that he will check in the godown and after some time he told 2 boxes are in hyderabad by mistake its gone to other party told me he will send in 2 days, , and with all fighting and with great requests and begging he finally delivered after 1 month a gas stove and a box with old clothes and 1 bedsheet with 1 jerkin ).I asked for other remaining things, he told me that i[censored] have paid insurance u will get, iam not responsible for them and blocked my whats app number. When i called him from other number he was rude and disconnected my call. I told him i am going to file a case if he doesnt return my things in 2 days. he didnt respond.

My complaints:
1.When i packed all boxes at home and loaded to private truck why did he unload them in the godown and open all the boxes .
2.When i booked private vehicle why did he send in shared vehicle afte insisting me to pay for private vehicle.
3.When we made 13 boxes at home it bacame 10 boxes .Where did the items in other 2 boxes go.

I booked an activa scooty transfer through movemycar.in on 2nd-sep-2020 and they connected me to vrl packers and movers.
They picked up my scooty from my place and gave me a receipt. I transferred the amount in their account for scooty transfer. After that, they started abusing me and switched off their phones. After many calls, they started asking for a huge ransom.
Now, it's been days but i have no track of my activa. Later i came to know that people have been facing the same issue across india and there have been many firs against them and yet they are able to run such a big scam openly.

We have booked VRL movers and packers from Bangalore to ship house hold items. They packed the items and shipped from Bangalore location, items received to Hyderabad location but there are missing items as follows:-
1)Sony home theatre and speaker
2) Videocon setup box with dish antenna
3) Glass dining table stand
4) six NilKamal chairs
5) one complete box contains house hold items like Mysore sandal soaps, lizol packets
6) kids bicycle

I would like to give complaint on following co tact persons who are irresponsible in handling the goods

Please file a case against the above persons and help me out on solving my issue

I have booked for transfer of my goods from delhi to vijayawada on March 3.

On march 20 they delivered good 30 out of 35. Till now 5 goods worht of 25, 000Rs . They didn't deliver. They are not responsing to calls. Please don't beleive this packers and movers.

They will lure first by quoting less amount. After taking the goods, they will threat you if you pay more, then only goods will be delivered. Even if you pay more, they will not deliver.

I have lost the trust on this packers and movers completely.

This company has charged 6106 rs for bike transport from hyderabad to tuni roughly a freight of 100 kgs

June 24th hired vrl to transmit our house hold things from bangalore to hyderabad. Till today they have not delivered our things and no response for calls and there is no tracking system. Now how can i get my things its been 1 week.

I had hired vrl packers and movers to transport a bike and about 3 boxes from bangalore to goa assuming that these are the original vrl company. It turned out that this is a fraud company using the lable and logo similar to vrl logistics. They initially asked us for rs 6000/- which was reasonable. But once the goods were packed and brought to godown, they started asking seperately for the boxes and the bike. The bill was charges at rs 19000/-. Ultimately when the goods reached goa we realised that he did not have a truck of his own, instead he hired gati transport and the total charges was only rs 3340/-. Cheated us of rs 16000/-. Can any body please help us as to how i can take this guy to task?

We have hired vrl packers to shift my house hold things from hyderabad to kakinada on 2/6/2020. We booked for seperate transport and paid full amount. Its been 2 days, still things not delievered. Instead of giving seperate transport, they have shared with others (2 places ravulapalem, ramachandrapuram) without our knowledge. Charged full amount for seperate transport, but shared with others.

I sought to move my household goods from navi mumbai to secunderabad and got quotation (Twice personal visiting at my navi mumbai house) from vrl packers and movers in march-2020. They quoted rs. 29, 000 (1st quote) and rs. 28, 000 (2nd quote) plus gst 12% and insurance 3%. During packing or before packing my household goods, they did not mention about the increase of quote price.
Based on their quote, i asked them the shift my goods from navi mumbai to secunderabad on 8th may 2020. At the time of packing, i paid rs. 7, 500 in cash. After picking my goods from navi mumbai, three days later, i received invoice for rs. 74, 301. This is 3 times value of the quote they gave, also asked me to make immediate online payment (Google pay or paytm) for delivery of my goods. During packing or before packing, they did not mention about the increase of quote price. After continuous negotiation with them, they reduced the invoice price to rs. 60, 000 this twice the amount they quoted and not acceptable to me. They are insisting me to make immediate online payment and they are not ready to take payment by any other mode. Now, i got a doubt that even if make payment, whether they will deliver my goods in condition or demand more.
Please kindly rectify the problem and get my house hold goods immediately.

I had to move my stuff from ahmedabad to jaipur, people came at 9 in morning even though i gave them time for 11 they started n things got messy they were four from deep remote rajasthan area i gave them original packaging for many items they tuuffed random stuff instead of tht item.. Eat cheez from fridge n when they didn't like the test they spit in my kitchen sink 🤮🤮 i had to clean it, they included charges of 3500 for insurance but they never did any insurance on top of tht head of ahmedabad kept on calling me he even threatin me that he will burn my stuff on road, n ltr abuse me for refusing for not paying the service they never gave me i asked him to share the insurance papers n he failed yet asking me to pay guys beaware this is totally fake commonty that have nothing to do with vrl logistics (That's what i thought) this vrl run by few haryanvi goons they will abuse you call you at work n disturb you there is no concept of clint service provider they are just bullies save yourself
