I ordered i8earpods with order id iep35685, delivered defective piece, one earpiece is working, and the other earpiece i can't able to remove from the box itself, it is damaged and fixed to the box only, these people are fraud, they don't respond to any further queries or concerns or problems or requests. I am trying to return the product, but these people are not responding to any emails,, they provided only [protected]@i8earpods.com, no contact number also.
