[Resolved]  Vsk2 International — On recieving the product it is very low quality and not working.

I had tried calling their customer support to replace or cancel the order but to no vail as the number didnt connect, and emailed them on the email id, from where i recd the order acknowledgement i.e. [email protected] I would like to mention that the product is faulty and not performing as per your details shown. The shortfalls are as below: The charging stops after 10-15 min The trimmer is not working properly inspite of moving 4-5 places The trimmer head comes out if moved in down / regular movement. It has to be connected to electric point and in that mode as well the trimmer is not at all effective. The company is marketing through social media site and taking order. It is a company supplying inferior products to the customer.
