Vtp Realty — Not Refunding token amount

I cancelled the booking of the flat T2-1304 on 10/06/2022 in VTP Bellissimo project due to some unavoidable situations.VTP team has deducted 50, 000 as a booking fee which is not legal as per MahaRera.

I would like to highlight that MahaRera has passed an order no 30 for cancellation policy which clearly states that if the buyer cancels the allotment within 15 days then no amount must be deducted. This order is applicable for every buyer who cancelled the booking in the present or past within 15 days.
