I have 2 bookings at VTP Verve. I applied for cancellation on Feb 7th 2023 and I was told in writing over email that I will receive my refund within 45-90 days.
I have followed up more than 20 times with the CRM team and each time I've been told a new date.
The builder is also deducting 1 lac ₹ illegally as they have not made any house agreement for my bookings and so, the builder is liable to refund my full booking amount....

I had shown an interest in VTP Earth one (Magnum Opus) and had paid royalty token of Rs.108000. Due to some reason I had to cancel the booking and I sent the mail to VTP personnel within 2 days of booking. Till that point there was no mention of cancellation charges during any calls with VTP personnel. But the moment I mentioned about cancellation, I was told that penalty of Rs.108000 will be levied for the cancellation. After that the sales person, selling partner agency stopped responding to my mails/calls the way they used to while chasing me for booking confirmation. Even after continuous follow ups I am not getting any response.

I cancelled the booking of the flat T2-1304 on 10/06/2022 in VTP Bellissimo project due to some unavoidable situations.VTP team has deducted 50, 000 as a booking fee which is not legal as per MahaRera.
