VTU — Unable to receive OTP for Eddts VTU signup

Hi,

I recently registered on eDDTS portal to apply for certificate for medium of instruction. But I haven’t received OTP for mobile number verification.
My details below;
USN - 1ve06is062
College - Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Bangalore

Request you to please help me with above issue, currently I’m unable to sign in to proceed with making payment to apply for MOI certificate.

I tried calling many times to vtu customer care numbers.

I have registered for PDC but not able to receive the otp to my number

I recently registered on eDDTS portal to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive any OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign up and proceed further to receive the password. I tried to reach out the concerned department contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.
Kindly request you to look into it.
