Dear sir/Madam,
I had purchased my VU television last year soon in 3 to 4 months my television video was not working and audio could be heard. I complained and after long discussion with Goa and Mumbai office it was decided to replace the part with the assurance from Mr. Vinod (Mumbai office) that
if anything such occurs in future ur television set vl be replaced. The reason for not replacing TV was told as they don't havr it in stock. I asked this to mail me he said k I vl but later on whenever I used to call he used to disconnect the call. It was a matter of trust I said to replace the part but now it's like they don't care about the customer as the complaint was resolved
Now last week same problem occured and same solution was given to replace the part. Everytime I need to wait for your technical team to come check than I have to take follow from my side wait for weeks for TV to get repaired Everytime if this same issue come up and same part needs to be replaced thn what the use of me opting for VU tvs, if they cannot resolve my issues nor give a good service. Warranty is a way to replace any defect caused to the product but everytime same defect and that too in 5 months. Not that I expected from VU.
Kindly replace my defectiveTV set with a new one
