Warranty Dispute Internal Screen Crack (Model 65VIBE DV)

I purchased a VU126cm qled through Amazon which was delivered on 14 Nov24.

The installation did not happen properly within a few weeks the remote was not working properly the Compaints have been raised from 05 Dec onwards

Once a service technician came but did not replace the remote, he came checked said all is fine and the went away.

Since the last few weeks the picture clarity is bad whenever we use the set top box and the image shows with a green thick band on the right side which goes away when switched off and switched on again.
Complaints on this also was raised
The remote also malfunctions regularly and low battery message comes in a few days after replacing the batteries

I need proper technical support with the technician explaining issues properly. But it seems that Vu is only interested in maximum delay and no proper service during warranty period.
Requesting support and also awareness of all consumers.

    I was purchased vu master piece 85 inch qled tv on 13 th may on amazon and used for 1 and half months but suddenly on 28 th june there was a vertical and horizontal lines appeared with small patch lower side of the screen, I was contacted customer service and agent visited home and they declared it as a physical damage I don't know how they analysed it, and main twist is here next day I was received quotation of rs 150000 for panel repair, why I have to pay my hard earned money while it’s in warranty

          I trust this email finds you well. My name is Rajesh, and I have been dealing with a concerning situation regarding my TV (Complaint No: VU1373556), which has been an ongoing issue since October 11.

          Initially, the TV went into standby mode, and after the service team's intervention to change the backlight, the TV was taken for observation in mid-October. Unfortunately, the TV returned at the end of November in a completely broken state, apparently due to transport issues.

          Subsequently, I was informed that a replacement TV, specifically the GLOLED 43 inch, would be provided with a partial payment requirement. However, the latest communication suggests that the TV is still in transit from the warehouse, causing further delays.

          I want to express my dissatisfaction with this prolonged process and changing decisions. I am not comfortable with the delay and uncertainty surrounding the delivery of the replacement TV. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund instead.

          I believe this situation raises concerns about the handling of my case, and I am beginning to perceive it as fraudulent behavior. Please understand that my primary preference is to receive a full refund for the TV purchase.

            Our TV model no. 55QMP/S3Z1
            The TV panel got a big black line in the middle of the screen and the same was informed to VU Customer care on 28th September. The technician visited after a couple of days took the photos and went away. After following up with them for a week they informed the panels are out stock and we have placed a order for replacement. we waited for one month and one auto driver came and pick the tv on November for replacing it. on November 4th he has handover the TV and went away. When we checked the TV the panel is still faulty and the same was informed to them and they are denying to replace it by saying it was physical damage by us. This shows VU wants to avoid the warranty and charge the customers. looting public. Kindly beaware of the scam.

              I have purchased 3 Tv of Vu.
              All 3 have defects in screen. Some in warranty and other after expiry of warranty i.e 13 months of purchase.
              Quality of panel is very poor.
              Using Chinese / Cheap Substandard material and after sales service is pathetic.
              They offered me to have buy extended warranty of 3 yrs to repair my 13 months old tv.
              These types of company should be banned.

                They don’t have spare parts if your motherboard has a problem. My 50 inch android Tv broke just in 3 years few months so it was not covered in warranty. They charged 1500 ₹ just to check the problem and said motherboard repair but they don’t have spare parts to replace.

                Very poor quality motherboard. I have a long ticket pending for reference LED Spares update - VU1383841

                  I purchased TV from flipkart on 6th September 2022. The product is under 3 yrs warranty. From 1st August 2023 we try to contacted Vu service center, they are saying us that product was purchased from market place so contact the flipkart for warranty. When we contacted fli[pkart customer service they were saying to contact Vu service center. From last one month we are facing the problem and no one acknowledge that. Even the VU service center didn't provide the job sheet also for denying the service. Please take immediate action for resolving the problem.

                      Vu 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) Smart Google TV which I have purchased through Flipkart on[protected].It was installed on[protected] by the Installation Engineer at around 04:15 pm and it worked fine initially. But after one hour of installation, it has stopped working as it is not able to connect to the internet through Wifi. Please register the complaint and get the TV replaced in order to avoid any further inconvenience to me and my family.

                        I bought VU 43 inch led tv 2 year back.. After 2 yr in tv display vartical and horizontal line show. When I contact service center they ask advance visiting charge Rupies 900/. Panel cost approx above 80% of tv price. Vu Tv panels quality is very poor. Maximum tv have same issu. After warranty pried end tv have start problem.. Which I show also my friend VU TV.. Which I recommended him. Now my tv is hanging on wall as a showcase. Very bad experience with vu tv.

                          I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received when attempting to address a problem with my VU TV. Not only did the TV malfunction, but the technicians assign by your brand was highly unprofessional, someone called me from mobile number [protected] and saying that he cannot come to our home to check the TV, he will come when ever think. We

                          We expected some Qulatiy on the product, That is the reson we bought it but we are extremelty disstatisfied with the device because within one month TV got faulty.

                          Secondly, the technicians assigned by your brand to fix the TV were highly unprofessional. They were rude and dismissive when I attempted to explain the problem, and seemed to have no interest in addressing the issue properly. They did not take the time to diagnose the problem correctly, and as a result, my TV is still not working.

                          I find it unacceptable that I spent a significant amount of money on a VU TV and received such poor service when attempting to address a problem. I would appreciate it if you could take action to replace the faulty unit as promised during the purchase.

                          I am eager to hear from you regarding the steps you will take to address this matter.

A week ago we called the service because the remote was not working properly and for that a technician from Vu company came to fix our TV and when we asked some doubts about the remote he disrespectfully asked us rude and inappropriate words and left.                               As we requested for engineer visit to home as TV not working properly and it was a paid visit. VU customer care was not ready to take a complaint as they told we need to check parts then only we can take request and arrange engineer hence shared all model no and serial no then they registered complaint and visited now they are telling parts not available and don't know when parts available. This is company issue as they have to provide parts or they have to buy back old stock as we can not change the costliest TV in 3-4 years.

                                Dear team,
                                As I have logged a complaint with VU tv for a television display issue they have charged 800 rs.
                                After talking to the service advisor, Technician came to inspect the TV and he doesn't have any understanding of what is the issue, he thought its a new installation. he has spoken to someone from the office and decided it is a backlight issue. After that are unable to provide the Service, as the backlight is not available as of then due to the tv model being old. I brought the Tv around 24k around 6 years back.
                                Why are they selling old and outdated products, releasing the products into the market without spare parts availability is a lousy option.
                                Customer care team (Namita Jaiswal)response is very bad, while I was talking she disconnected my call. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

                                I request the consumer forum team to support and save consumers from such cheaters like vu tv.
