I bought VU TV in 2017 and it was working fine until today. Suddenly it turned off while watching it. After that it is not turning on only voice is coming, I gone through with customer reviews in gogle found out that this is happy with allmost all vu tvs I feel this is manufacturing defect, please assist Was this information helpful? Currently, we are in stock out position for this model LED50K160GP Prices for parts are subject to availability. (I would like to let you know a panel's approximate cost would be 75-80% of tv price. However, we can procure the part within 6 - 8 weeks post payment) Our team will contact you if we are back in stock in the future. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and we trust you will understand the need for us to adhere to our policies.
