I have raised a service request about my VU 43 inches Cinema 4K TV had a led strip panel problem on 18th January 2021 on where i bought the TV, they told me we will take you don't worry we itself file a complaint and they promise me VU service person will resolve your issue within 48 hours but after 4 days i got a call on 21st January from VU service center, they did not give a proper response they immediately cut my call after some sec without asking the exact problem. On 22 one person called and came to home and Switch On the TV and take a picture of the issue and they went at the time they told it will take 4 days to get the led strip panel from Mumbai so please wait, but for that there is no intimation from VU service center side, i didn't receive a single message after that, till now there is no one is contacted us till now . we are so worried for choosing VU TV.
